These units are measured in gallons per minute or liters per minute not wattage. I have them on UA-cam my videos 12 years old. If you run them using a pulse width modulator it will increase the hydrogen between 20 and 40%.

Peltier is a very inefficient for the purpose, it has high current draws and for the car it will tax tax the alternator heavily let alone the electric battery powered car, you will be better off with butane gas air coolers instead

That would make a good model for an NEV at around 25 mph. A larger battery pack would get respectable mileage since the motor is pulling about 2000 watts.

What you should of done was construct electrical leads on each corner. That way you would reduced the electrical resistance of corrosion resistance metal plates. This would increase efficiency and reduce the heat in the HHO generator Sir. Hope you keep that in mind when you build another unit of want to upgrade what you made by modifying just a few plates.
